Monday crazy
Dating in your work environment is evil. I tell ya! Today I got a task to prepare a decision in an appeal. And what do you know, the appealing party is one of our State Departments and the lawyer who prepared the appeal is a guy that I know (well). There is no big story behind all of this, just one side of this “friendship” was super awesome, funny and smart (ehm, —> me) and the other one was extremely annoying, not funny at all and really… did I mention annoying? Well, so it happened that other side heard and saw how I annoyed I was (I am the least subtle person in the entire world!) with him and took it the wrong way. OK, so not really the wrong way, as he got offended and stopped talking to me. Now in the perfect world I am supposed to be happy about it, right? Cause that was my intention. But I wouldn’t be a girl if I wasn’t difficult to understand. I feel offended that he decided to quit on me(How dares he! I am so awesome! <— no, not really). So I am reading the appeal and silently laughing in my evil laugh style (ok, only in my head). The sweet taste of revenge! Only… isn’t it supposed vice versa? What do I have to be angry about? Oh, right, I am a girl, the reason is not needed. Rrrrrrrevenggge!
Disclaimer: I would never mess with justice. I swear. Even if it was a guy who broke my heart. Hopefully he won’t be a lawyer. Those suck to be in a fight with.
